Ministry
The Convert Care Ministry was organized as part of the Greater Apostolic Faith Temple Church for the purpose of establishing a support program for new members. Our Purpose: To minister, disciple and guide new members toward establishing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. To Increase and build God’s kingdom on the fundamental principles of a Purpose Driven Church. Our Vision: To build an awareness of the Essentials of Salvation for new members. The Convert Care Ministry ensures that all new members are guided and supported by, but not limited to the following: An informative brochure containing vital church information and church structure
A series of classes guiding the new member through the knowledge of the Essentials of Salvation and the Purpose Driven Church concept.
All new members are added to the Convert Care Ministry New Member list and are called or contacted at least once a week.
All new members are assigned a Convert Care team member who will remain in contact with the new member and will make phone calls or contact on a weekly basis for a two (2) year period. Commissioned to Ministry: We believe that every new member of G.A.F.T.C. is a Minister and can witness and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Convert Care Ministry’s ultimate goal is to see new members establish a sound relationship with God first, then to see them work in ministry for the Lord.
