GAFTC
is committed on purpose to
incorporate God’s Family
(Congregation) through the
Ministry of Fellowship. As
we assemble ourselves
together as the word of God
commands us in the book of
Heb 10:25 and Ephesian
4:13. We are assembling
ourselves together on
purpose that we may exhort,
encourage,, comfort and
build up one another, that
we may praise and worship
our Lord, Jesus Christ until
we all come in the unity
of the faith, and of
the knowledge of the Son of
God, unto a perfect man,
unto the measure of the
stature of the fullness of
Christ.
Heb
10:25 -
"Not
forsaking the assembling of
ourselves together, as the
manner of some is; but
exhorting one another: and
so much the more, as ye see
the day approaching."
KJV
The scripture lets us know,
brethren dwelling together
in unity (one heart, one
soul, one mind) is good, it
is agreeable to the will of
God, as well as pleasing
unto Him. For it is like
precious ointment (a
fragrance, sweet smelling
offering), that ran down
upon the beard, even Aaron’s
beard, when brethren dwell
together in unity, the Lord
command the blessing, even
life forever. Matthew
Henry’s commentary.
Ps 133 1:3 -
"Behold, how good and how
pleasant it is for brethren
to dwell together in
unity!"
It is like the precious
ointment upon the head, that
ran down upon the beard,
even Aaron's beard: that
went down to the skirts of
his garments; As the
dew of Hermon, and as the
dew that descended upon the
mountains of Zion: for there
the LORD commanded the
blessing, even life for
evermore. KJV
Acts 2:42-47 -
"And
they continued stedfastly in
the apostles' doctrine and
fellowship, and in
breaking of bread, and in
prayers. And fear came upon
every soul: and many wonders
and signs were done by the
apostles. And all that
believed were together,
and had all things common;
And sold their possessions
and goods, and parted them
to all men, as every man had
need. And they, continuing
daily with one accord
in the temple, and breaking
bread from house to house,
did eat their meat with
gladness and singleness
of heart Praising God,
and having favour with all
the people. And the Lord
added to the church daily
such as should be saved."
KJV

Cor 6:14 -
"Because righteousness has
no fellowship with
unrighteousness, neither
light have no communion with
darkness, we are commanded
not to be unequally yoked."

Cor 1:9 - "God
is faithful, by whom ye were
called unto the fellowship
of his Son Jesus Christ our
Lord." KJV
