MINISTRY
Matt 20:28/Mark 10:45, "Your
attitude must be like my
own, for I, the Messiah, did
not come to be served, but
to serve, and to give my
life as a ransom for many."
TLB
As Jesus, came not to be
served, but to serve and to
give his life for us all, we
must strive in the calling
unto which God has called us
through Jesus Christ, that
we be like him in order to
bring souls into the kingdom
of God.
GAFTC’s purpose
to
ministry is to build
God’s kingdom by
administering the gospel of
Jesus Christ to both saved
and loss souls, as well as
through Discipleship,
Evangelism, Fellowship and
Worship, communion, and feet
washing, as did our Lord and
Savior, Jesus Christ, before
the feast of the Passover.
Through exhortation and
edification of ministry, we
hope to provoke one another
unto love and unto good
works. We have been called
unto liberty (freedom), set
free from the bondage of the
law of sin and death to go
into the entire world, and
preach the gospel to every
creature. Not abusing our
liberty to serve our self
desires, but through the
love of Christ, we are to
serve one another.
Mark
16:15, "And
he said unto them, Go ye
into all the world, and
preach the gospel to every
creature". KJV
John 13:4-5, "He
riseth from supper, and laid
aside his garments; and took
a towel, and girded himself.
After that he poureth water
into a bason, and began to
wash the disciples' feet,
and to wipe them with the
towel wherewith he was
girded." KJV
John 13:14-16,
"If I then, your Lord and
Master, have washed your
feet; ye also ought to wash
one another's feet.
For I have given you an
example, that ye should do
as I have done to you.
Verily, verily, I say unto
you, The servant is not
greater than his lord;
neither he that is sent
greater than he that sent
him. KJV
Gal
5:13,
"For, brethren, ye have been
called unto liberty; only
use not liberty for an
occasion to the flesh, but
by love serve one another."

Because this is a church
where everybody is somebody,
and no one is a stranger
here, and most of all, you
belong here.
